has been counseling children and their families since 1975. Much of her career has been devoted to working with children with special needs. |
Anita
Mester, ATR-BC, LPC,
was a co-founder of Lakewood Therapy, and a gifted and dedicated art therapist and mentor. She died October 22, 2008 of complications from a stem cell transplant. Her death is a huge loss for her family, friends, clients, and the community as a whole.. |

Andrea
Davis is a Board Certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional
Counselor. She maintains a private practice in
Dallas offering individual counseling with
adults, adolescents and children. Andrea specializes
in Social Skills groups and references her five years as a classroom
teacher to help children meet developmental goals.

Staci
Rubin, LCSW, has been leading Social Skills groups for Lakewood Therapy
since October 2005. Her warm personality and sense of humor create an
atmosphere of acceptance for the children. Staci is a licensed,
clinical social worker who splits her professional time between Camp
Sol (an organization that provides support to families who have
experienced the death of a child) and Lakewood Therapy.

Kathy
Morse, LCSW, has been a
practicing
Social Worker /Therapist in Texas since 1999. She
specializes in youth at risk, social skills, behavior modification and
cognitive therapy.
